Q: Do you make house calls? If so what area do you cover?
A: Yes, we do make house calls to all of Republic, Curlew and Malo.
Q: What kinds of computers will you work on?
A: We will only work on IBM compatible computers. We can work on any model of PC from 8086 on up to Pentium 4's, Athlon or Cyrix based systems.
Q: Do you work on printers?
A: No. In most cases it is cheaper to buy a new printer than have it serviced. Unless it is a basic issue like being out of ink or in need of cleaning.
Q: Do you sell computers?
A: No, We reccommend all new purchases be made through Dell Computers. We can provide consultation
and help you purchase your new system as well as provide in-home or office setup.
Q: My computer has a different operating system. Can you still work on it.
A: In most cases yes. We are very familiar with, DOS, Windows 3.1/3.11, Novell, Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP and Linux.
We will not work on computers with OS/2 or BeOS or Macintosh based systems.
Q: Do you plan on staying in Republic?
A: Yes, as long as there is a need for this type of business and it remains profitable.
Q: What type of custom software applications can you write.
A: We can write just about any type of specialized application that you need. We do development in
Visual C++ 6.0 and other database software for client database applications. We also write computer games
and can design educational software based on your needs.
